Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website and services.

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Services Offered

jha.manojdisgn.com provides Graphics Designing (Logo Design, Social Media Posts, Banners, Visiting Cards, etc.) and Digital Marketing Services (Social Media Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, etc.).

  1. Quotations and Payments

a) All project prices will be shared after understanding client requirements via quotation.
b) For any design/marketing project, 50% advance payment is required to start the work. The remaining 50% is due before final file delivery.
c) Payment can be made via UPI, Bank Transfer, or other methods shared by us.
d) Quotation validity is 7 days.

  1. Revisions and Delivery Policy

a) We provide 2-3 free revisions on every design project. After that, extra charges will apply per revision.
b) Final delivery will be in JPG, PNG, PDF, or Source File (AI, PSD, CDR) as per the package.
c) Delivery time will be informed at the start of the project. Delay due to late content from client side will not be our responsibility.

  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

a) Once the advance payment is made and work has started, the advance is non-refundable.
b) If you want to cancel the project in between, you must inform us in writing via email. No refund will be provided for the work already completed.
c) For Digital Marketing monthly plans, cancellation must be informed 15 days in advance.

  1. Client’s Responsibilities

a) Client must provide all required content – logo details, text, images, brand colors on time.
b) Client must ensure that the content they provide does not violate any copyright law.

  1. Intellectual Property Rights

a) After full payment is received, the client will own the final design.
b) We reserve the right to show the completed work in our portfolio, website (jha.manojdisgn.com), Behance, Instagram and for self-promotion.
c) Until full payment is made, all design rights remain with jha.manojdisgn.com.

  1. No Guarantee

For Digital Marketing services, we do not guarantee specific results like #1 ranking on Google, fixed followers, or guaranteed sales. Marketing results depend on many factors like market competition, budget, and product quality. We will do our best to give you the best results.

  1. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect loss, damage, or loss of business that may occur from using our website or services.

  1. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new updated date.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Bhagalpur, Bihar.
